Not as warm here as we are used to at this time of year - normally get to swim in the pool by mid-April, but not this year - still down into the lower 50’s at night so the pool looses much of the heat put in by the solar panels on the roof. But I’m sure the summer heat is not too far off - ughhh…
Well, tonight we’ve got 23 stamp listings coming to a close. Twenty-four, if you want to include that mint original gum Scott 89 (with certificate) that is in the fixed price part of our eBay store. The 23 auction items closing tonight are either 19th century classics or back of the book stamps. You’ll find goodies like Scott 14, 15, 92 (F-grill, CV $450), 113/114, 115, 116, 117, 119, 76, 68, 36B, 73, 63, 234 (mint), and 236 (mint).
Back of the book stamps include Scott PR121//Pr125 (Newspaper stamps), RO173 (Proprietary Die stamp), and RK17/RK19 (Consular Fee stamps).
We also have listed two stamps that defy identification by either Scott catalog or Google searching. One is a $5 California state revenue stamp, and the other is a US Internal Revenue 16¢ manufactured tobbaco stamp.
