Summer. It’s here. And it’s hot outside. Going to be 103 here today. Ughhh… Good day to stay indoors and prepare some stamp auctions for you folks!
We’ve got 27 auctions that will close this coming Sunday evening, and sad to say, only five of them have bids. Don’t know why, as they are not junk stamps by any means. Lots and lots of nice mint plate number singles, couple items from the mid 1800’s, etc. Well, still a couple more days left - you have the opportunity to snap up some real nice stamps for your colllection at rock-bottom prices!
Last night I added one more auction stamp - a very nice Scott 38 (30¢ Franklin from 1860) with a pretty San Francisco circular cancel. Scott catalog value is $425. This one is a 10 day auction.
