Greetings, my friends! Welcome to my first blog of 2020. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas, Kwanzaa, etc. and a safe New Years. Looks like some parts of the country are having ugly weather, but that’s expected for January. Here in this part of California it’s been fairly dry and cooler than normal. Rain on the way for late this week.
In a few hours we have 22 stamp auctions coming to a close. All are back of the book except for a Scott 96 (green 10 cent George Washington F-grill from 1868) catalog value $225, a very lightly hinged Scott 573, and three used 1893 Columbians.
The back of the book stamps include a never hinged Scott C6, a lightly hinged J3, lightly hinged QE1-QE4, some used JQ-stamps, a group of used Officials, and a bunch of revenue issues. All in all, a very diverse offering this week!
Enjoy...
