Hello and again - welcome! Hope you all are enjoying the early autumn weather. I know my family and I certainly are glad that 100-degree weather is over with for this year. Cool evenings and mild days - perfect!
This Sunday evening (10/08) we have 21 stamp auctions coming to a close. Three are mint stamps from the early 20th century: Scott 648 (mint hinged), 616 (never hinged), and 317 (never hinged). We have three used airmail stamps: Scott C1, C2, and C3. The other 15 are classic 19th century stamps. Some highlights: Scott 7, 14, 36, 89, 78a, 93 (red cancel on partial piece), 89, 116, 117, 68, 69, and 95.
Quite a nice selection for your viewing pleasure - some very nice stamps to be added to some collectors’ albums.
Next week we have over 30 stamp auctions to be put up on eBay. Lots of great material - 19th and 20th century stamps, including two more of the imperf plate number blocks of six.
And, those of you who are fans of slot cars and/or HO-railroad things - in the upcoming weeks we’ll have some of each for your bidding enjoyment. These are consignmant items being sold for a friend who is thinning out his stock.
