Hi - Here is today’s blog entry - a tad late, but here it is anyway! This week we have 20 auctions coming to a close, starting at about 6pm Pacific Time. As of writing this at 11:30 in the morning, there are still five with no bids! For your perusal this week we have nearly all 19th century classics - only two stamp items from the 20th century: Scott 220a / 220c (2¢ Washington stamps with “caps” over the numerals), and Scott 380-382. The 19th century items include Scott 35, 36, 63, 65, 68, 73, 63, 145, 146, 161, 30A, 90, 77, 178/179, and 182…189. There is also one back of the book auction for three envelope cut squares, one of which I can’t find in the catalog.
Nice stamps, all looking for a new home!
And if you’ve got some spare cash, don’t forget to take a look at that mint, original gum Scott 89 with expertization certificate we have up for sale - catalog value $5,250. Certainly not a stamp that everyone has a mint example of in their collection! All reasonable offers will be considered.
