Quick update here - I have 19 stamp auction items from the previous three weeks that were won by a non-US bidder. After repeated emails and eBay contact attempts with no reply, I filed unpaid item requests. Yesterday the bidder finally responded that he didn’t use PayPal and wanted me to give him my bank account information so he could do a bank transfer. Yeah, right - I’m sure gonna do that. NOT A CHANCE.
Further, he had bids in on several items that close this week. I’ve canceled those bids, resulting in those items now having no bids - so YOU folks have the opportunity go go for them!
Anyway, those 19 auction items that were unpaid for will go back into the mix over the upcoming few weeks, so if you see something that looks familiar, this is the reason why.
Finally - if you are not in the US, you MUST use PayPal - I will NOT give out my bank account information for any reason. No exceptions. If you are in the US, you can pay with personal check (two week clearing), cash (not recommended), or PayPal. Of course, if you live close you can also do pay on pickup.
